TRAFFIC AND VOX TOUR NORTH-PART II

I am not sure what we were doing but Devoe left earlier than us and had us meet him in Boston. He lined us up with a buddy that had a loft for us to crash at. Mike May had this huge loft space in Jamaica Plains, more than enough room for our deep squad. The loft had four rooms and they were almost always empty, the roommates were rarely there. I think it was to accommodate us which was amazing. The only downfall if there was any was that it was hot as fuck, seriously hot as the desert. Maybe the line for the shower was annoying but that had to be expected. We had a little jam in a tennis court with a variety of shit ramps for Orchard. Plenty of people came out to cruise around which was dope to see in a place that has been in the Boston scene for the past two decades. I even had a Jamal sighting but that was on our return trip which I will get back to. We stayed another night at the loft and decide to drive up to Eastern Boarder in the morning. Nassua, NH was less than an hour away so we enjoyed a night of darts and 30 packs in the hottest loft in the JP. Eastern Boarder has a beautiful shop in Nassua, one of a few they got going in the Northeast. Fisk properly presented some beverages upon arrival, our boards were waiting for us there too. I posted some posters on the downstairs wall and then we were off to the skatepark where kids were patiently waiting. The kids of New Hamphire are a different lot, they own the place and don’t care who you are. Teenagers drinking like adults and shooting fireworks into the street of an offramp from a major road. Honestly all the while cops were a quarter of a mile up the street busting ghetto kids riding the mini motorcycles. Shit was crazy from an outsiders perspective. We didn’t stay the night and decided to drive up to Burlington VT that night where we were to skate Talent skatepark the next night. We were fortunate to stay with the Hales, two good skaters and two amazing parents. We arrived pretty late and I was beat but that didn’t stop the boys from swimming in the pool and having a very dark trampoline session. They even had a sick miniramp in the barn but I don’t believe it was touched by any of us. Collin and Cody Hale were great hosts with the parents being cool as hell. Jack and Rich ripped the trampoline and felt genuinely bad but the Hales shrugged it off and said they a new one anyways. They said that a tree had fallen on it last year and ripped it already. Dangerous. The second night I enjoyed a night on the town with two homies form the past while the boys raged the Hales for one more evening. I skated in the last demo as I had some of my family from my moms side drive up two hours to watch. We had the weekend left and we had to make a decision on whether to stay, go back to Boston or head down to Albany. All great places to me but in the end we headed back to Boston and stay at the Loft with Mr. May. We had a great time, Henry ollied a huge street gap going down a hill, Rich broke a window trying a B/S noseblunt and we hit Tremont st. every night. Justin Strubing got a sequence on the last day which dope because I wanted him in the article. Two weeks rest and the off on the Southern part with JT Aultz coming with us. Thanks to everybody who helped us along the way.
