2008 MIDSUMMER EDITION OF SB SKATEBOARD JOURNAL/JAPAN

<img src="http://www.trafficskateboards.com/site_images/Deshi_cover_SB_Magazine_2.jpg"
Check out Deshi 5/0ing on the cover of Japan's hottest magazine, SB Skateboard Journal. Other than the fact that Traffic is blazing across the bottom of his board, I am stoked on this photo because there is so much to look at. This issue of SB is packed with westerners from many cities in the States and a good London section too. Bobby, Jack and myself all get a chance to say some things in the City State Ments section and Rich gets his 5/0 photo used again! Takahiro Morita gets to speak and Katsumi, our filmer while we were in Japan recently has a photo nosepicking a tight tranny. This issue comes through with great Traffic representation. Thanks to the skaters involved with SB, including Kunjiro from Big Wing Distribution.

RICH IS HEADING BACK TO JAPAN!!! PREMIERE SET FOR AUGUST 1ST!

<img src="http://www.trafficskateboards.com/site_images/Yoshio_and_Rich_in_a_Convenee.jpg"
After a long hellacious day in front of the computer, Rich finished Moving In Traffic. Only hours before he was heading off to Japan to edit yet another Traffic video project, Rich fielded calls from Bobby and Jack on the last minute edit changes that needed to be made. This video is short but the drama from the editing of this video was intense. In the end we have a tight little vid featuring Bobby and Jack that for sure will make you want to hit the streets. Much thanks go out to Josh Stewart for being caught in the middle sometimes and Chris Mulhern for his late night, last minute help on the authoring. Moving in Traffic is set for a online premiere ON THE TRAFFIC SITE, AUGUST 1ST.

DEALERS LIST

I have been adding up some shops on the dealer list section of the site. There are only a few shops in which I posted their websites but as I gather the url's i will be adding them one by one. Soon I will be getting a Distributor section as well as a International Distributor section going. If you are a shop that supports and sells Traffic product and is not on the list, hook me up with your info and I will add it to the mix. Now go skate, because you don't have three kids and some gay ass pseudo holiday telling you to do so!

Things are Moving in Traffic!

So much is going on right now. I shook off the jet lag from Japan and the rest of the crew is back in full swing. Pat Steiner is in NY starting to get some footage together. We will be putting up a trailer for MIT within the week, get it done Rich! Rich is also headed back to Japan in July to edit the Japanese project with Katsume and also to get more filming done. I lined up our article from the Japanese trip to be in Skateboarder, Jamie Owens already got the photos from Iseki and is hyped. We should have a really good article coming out in the near future. Frankie is kicking around a little trip from Pittsburgh to Canada in the late Summer, Henry will be leading that charge but who goes with him is still yet to be determined. We got Traffic week up at Woodward in mid July, so watchout campers. Jack, Plunkett and myself will be camping it up in western PA.

LIVE FROM JAPAN!!!!!

We traveled for over 13 hours today and arrived in Tokyo with no turbulence. Jack, Bobby, Rich , Henry and myself made the journey to commence our Traffic/Vox trip. This is Henry and My first trip to Japan but the other guys have been here before. To our dismay though, Bobby somehow didn't realize that his passport was expired and hence his ass was shipped back to the states with a brief stay at the Narita Intl airport. Skaters are going to be bummed to hear Bobby will not be here with us as we are too! Tomorrow is our first signing and a premiere of our newest video Moving in Traffic, or at least a rough edit. the video will be out in June.

Hopefully the city keeps their promise of creating another skate playland in the area. If you are in the UK there is only one place you should be on the 19th!
